Reusing existing soil is an excellent option for farms that have already made the investment in their planting mediums. The Sequoia Amend-Mix is a premium soil amendment concentrate that is applied at a 1:12 ratio to be tilled in prior to planting. For best results, once the Amend-Mix is tilled in the material should be throughly watered and given 7 to 10 days to fully activate all the beneficials and nutrients.
Aged and thoroughly screened, our compost is a blend of forestry products and green waste recycling. Our composting process is designed to assure the material is free of pathogens and is safe to be used on your farm.
The 70-30 mix is made from 70% composted redwood and 30% perlite. Serving as a cost effective alternative to traditional peat moss this mix is ideal for fluffing up and acidify existing soil.
